Return and Exchange Policy:
In our commitment to customer service and providing the easiest return, exchange, and warranty policies for all products, please note the KAFES Return and Exchange Policy below:
First: Order Cancellation:
The customer has the right to return the product within 3 days from the invoice date if the customer is not satisfied with the product, provided that the product is new, unused, and in its original condition. The customer bears all shipping and delivery costs.
Second: Exchange and Return:
If the product arrives to the customer and is not working properly or does not meet the same specifications, the customer has the right to return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving the product. KAFES bears the shipping and delivery costs for the order.
In the event of an exchange or return, the product must be new and in its original condition. Once the payment is completed, the amount paid will be refunded according to the payment method (bank transfer, Visa, or MasterCard). Cash refunds are never accepted.

Third: Warranty and Maintenance:
We provide maintenance and warranty services for all electrical appliances directly from the agent for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
KAFES Warranty Policy:
The two-year warranty applies to all appliances in the event of manufacturing defects only.
We guarantee the maintenance or replacement of the product within a period not exceeding 30 working days from the customer’s complaint regarding defects covered by the warranty, provided parts are available.
The customer bears all shipping costs and expenses.
The warranty does not include consumables.
KAFES is not responsible for incorrect or improper connection or operation of appliances.
